You earn 50% of all sales made using your personal code. It’s a simple and effective way to raise funds without managing inventory or collecting payments.
How long does the fundraiser last?
Each fundraiser runs for 7 days from the time your code is activated.
How do I get paid?
At the end of the 7-day fundraiser, your total earnings are calculated and sent to you.
What payment methods are available?
You can receive your payment via check, PayPal, or Venmo — whichever works best for you.
When will I receive my payment?
Payments are typically sent shortly after your fundraiser ends, once totals are finalized.
Who benefits from this?
Not only do you raise funds for your cause, but 2% of all overall sales also go back to support youth programs each season — helping make a broader impact beyond individual fundraisers.

Sugar Rush Laboratories Fundraising Program
1. Overview
By using this website and purchasing from Sugar Rush Laboratories, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all customers, users, and fundraiser participants.
2. Products
Sugar Rush Laboratories sells edible cotton candy products and related fundraising items. All products are prepared and packaged according to food safety standards.
Because our products are food items, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Return & Refund Policy.
3. Fundraising Program
Our fundraising program allows individuals, schools, teams, and organizations to earn money by selling our products.
- Participants may earn up to 50% of eligible sales for their cause
- Earnings apply only to completed, paid, and non-refunded orders
- Sales must be tracked using approved fundraiser links or codes
- Payouts are processed after order verification and approval
4. Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid in full at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if necessary, including suspected fraud or misuse of the fundraising system.
5. Shipping
Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on location, order volume, and carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays once an order has been shipped.
6. Refunds & Returns
Due to the nature of food products, all sales are final.
Refunds or replacements may only be issued if:
- Items arrive damaged
- Items are incorrect
- Items are missing
Requests must be made within 5 days of delivery and must include supporting details or photos.
7. Fundraiser Earnings
Fundraiser earnings are based only on eligible completed sales. Sugar Rush Laboratories reserves the right to review or adjust payouts in cases of cancellations, refunds, or policy violations.
