All Sales Final (Food Products)
Because our products are food items (cotton candy and edible goods), all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
We are unable to accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incorrect flavor selection after delivery
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
To request support, include:
- Order number
- Photo of the item received
- Brief description of the issue
We will review and may offer:
- Replacement product
- Store credit
Fundraiser Purchases
For fundraiser orders:
- All sales are considered final once the order is processed
- Commission payouts are based only on completed and approved payments
- Refunds may adjust fundraiser earnings accordingly
Processing & Shipping
- Orders are processed within 2-3 business days
- Shipping times vary depending on location
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers
