Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated during high-volume fundraiser periods.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. You will be notified if there are significant delays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (if offered): 2–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States.
If you are outside this area, please contact us before placing an order.
Fundraiser Orders
Fundraiser orders may be shipped:
- Individually to customers, or
- In grouped batches depending on campaign setup
Processing times for fundraiser campaigns may vary based on order volume.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Weather conditions
- Holidays or peak seasons
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date.
We will work with the carrier to investigate and may offer:
- Replacement
- Store credit
- Refund (case-by-case)
